Where India comes to you, in the quiet of rural Japan.

Why Wellness Day

You can't find this anywhere else.

A real Indian living in a traditional Japanese farmhouse in Noto. That combination doesn't exist anywhere else — and it creates experiences that can't be replicated.

🇮🇳

A real Indian
is your host

Mehak grew up in Delhi and now lives in Noto. She brings India to you — not a textbook version, but the real thing, through movement, food, conversation and culture.

🏯

India inside
a Japanese farmhouse

Saris, Indian interiors, the scent of spices — inside a quiet, centuries-old Japanese farmhouse. The contrast is real, and it's beautiful.

👥

Small group,
real connection

Maximum 8 people. The conversations over chai, the shared experience of trying a sari — the small group size is what makes it feel genuine rather than a tour.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need any yoga experience?
None at all. Mehak welcomes complete beginners and adapts the session to whoever is in the room. Just bring comfortable clothes you can move in. Mats are provided.
Is aerial yoga safe for beginners?
Yes. The hammock supports you safely throughout, and Mehak guides every movement. Most first-timers find it surprisingly gentle and fun.
Will Mehak help with the sari?
Yes — she'll dress you in a real sari the traditional Indian way. No experience needed, and you'll have a full, unhurried hour. Photos and video welcome.
What if we don't reach the minimum of 3 people?
If a session doesn't reach 3 participants, we'll work with you to reschedule. We recommend coming with friends to make sure it runs — and because it's more fun.
What does Mehak cook for the 6-hour plan?
Authentic Indian home cooking — whole spices, fresh ingredients, vegetarian. Think dal, sabzi, roti, rice. The kind of meal you'd eat at a family home in India, not a restaurant.
Can companies or groups book a private session?
Yes. Corporate team days, pre-India-assignment cultural experiences, and private group bookings are all welcome. Please get in touch for details.
